A Clearer View of What Is Limiting the Business

The Discovery & Strategy Session is an on-site review, typically completed in two to three days, designed to identify the underlying issues affecting profitability, accountability, execution, leadership, and owner dependence.

We work directly with ownership, managers, and selected employees to understand how the business operates as a connected system. The process is tailored to the company’s size, complexity, priorities, and goals.

What We Review

Discovery may include:

• Financial performance, job costing, WIP, cash flow, and margins

• Organizational structure, roles, and accountability

• Sales qualification, estimating, and project handoffs

• Project execution, communication, billing, and change orders

• Leadership effectiveness and owner dependence

• Operating systems, reporting, and management rhythms

• Employee feedback and recurring operational obstacles

What You Receive

At the conclusion of Discovery, ownership receives:
 

• An objective assessment of the company’s current condition

• Identification of the most important risks and constraints

• A prioritized list of improvement opportunities

• Measurable financial impact where supportable

• Practical recommendations and a clear roadmap forward

Discovery concludes with a confidential findings meeting focused on what should be addressed first, what can be handled internally, and where outside support may be beneficial.
