excellence and organizational restructuring. He brings a wealth of experience spanning
aviation, construction, manufacturing, and service sectors — with a strong track record
of driving performance improvement, enhancing efficiency, and building high-performing
teams.

Beginning his career as a Sales Engineer with GE Aircraft Engines, Irvin quickly
developed deep expertise in the Aviation MRO industry, holding senior-level roles
across OEMs, airlines, MROs, and aftermarket organizations. He is highly skilled in
engine maintenance, operations management, supply chain optimization, and
international business development, with a proven ability to lead both technical and
commercial teams in dynamic, high-stakes environments.

In addition to his aviation credentials, Irvin has extensive experience in the construction
and project management space, including bidding and estimating, financial oversight,
and operational leadership. As a former business owner, he brings a sharp
entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on experience in P&;L management, negotiation,
sales strategy, and executive-level communications.

As a management consultant, Irvin partners with organizations to streamline processes,
