Our Process
Our process is designed to give the business owner a clear, factual view of how the company is truly operating, from sales and operations to financial visibility, accountability, people, systems, and overall performance.
From the initial alignment call through the conclusion of any project, confidentiality is treated with the highest level of seriousness. We do not share client information, internal business details, financial data, employee matters, or project findings with outside parties. The information entrusted to us stays private.
The purpose of the process is not to criticize, embarrass, or disrupt the organization. It is to help the owner see the facts of the business clearly, evaluate the value of those facts, and make informed decisions about what needs to change.
Each step listed below throughout our process is conducted with respect, professionalism, and dignity for the owner, leadership team, employees, and the business they have worked hard to build. That also means not being a yes man, by clearly articulating the facts honestly.
STEP 1
ALIGNMENT CALL
Let’s talk. In Step One, we schedule a brief 15-minute alignment call to understand your business, your current challenges, and what prompted the conversation. The goal is to determine fit, answer initial questions, and decide whether a 90-minute assessment makes sense.
STEP 2
90-MINUTE FREE ASSESSMENT
Let’s look inside. In Step Two, we complete a complimentary 90-minute assessment focused on where profit, cash flow, sales, operations, people, or systems may be underperforming. The goal is to identify hidden constraints, missed opportunities, and practical areas where value may already exist.
STEP 3
BUSINESS DISCOVERY & PROPOSAL
Let’s go deeper. In Step Three, we conduct a focused 2–3 day on-site business discovery to better understand how the company is actually operating. This includes reviewing key information, leadership structure, sales process, project flow, financial visibility, accountability, and the issues affecting performance.
At the end of the discovery, we hold a findings meeting to review what was uncovered and present a fixed-fee proposal tied to clearly defined outcomes, priorities, and next steps.
STEP 4
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Let’s get to work. In Step Four, we begin implementing what was agreed upon during the findings meeting at the end of the Discovery process. The priorities, roadmap, scope, responsibilities, timing, and expected outcomes have already been defined in the proposal.
This step is focused on execution, putting the agreed plan into motion, strengthening the business systems, improving accountability, protecting margin, and helping the company move forward with greater clarity, control, and consistency.
STEP 5
PERFORMANCE RHYTHM
Let’s keep it on course. In Step Five, we do not simply leave you with a binder and a pat on the back. We help the company protect what has been implemented by maintaining the operating rhythm needed to sustain progress over time.
This includes agreed-upon follow-ups, leadership cadence, scoreboards, accountability, follow-through, and regular review to keep the business aligned, on course, and performing with greater consistency, clarity, and control.
