George Lauber co-founded Shapcott Lauber with Bill Shapcott, and helped shape the firm's fixed-fee, senior-level approach to advising contractors. He brings real operating experience from inside a construction company, plus years of implementing systems, methods, and controls that help contractors run more profitably. In 2025, George chose to step back from ownership so Bill could lead the firm's next stage of growth. He remains a key part of the team as Senior Project Manager, supporting client engagements and bringing an operator's perspective to every project.
