Irvin is a seasoned business leader and Senior Project Manager specializing in operational excellence and organizational restructuring for Shapcott & Lauber. He brings cross-industry experience in aviation, construction, manufacturing, distribution and services—known for aligning teams, elevating execution, and building high-performing cultures.

He began as a Sales Engineer with GE Aircraft Engines and advanced through senior roles across OEMs, airlines, MROs, and aftermarket organizations, leading technical and commercial teams in high-stakes environments. Beyond aviation, he’s led construction and project-management initiatives—bidding/estimating, financial oversight, and day-to-day operations—as a former business owner with P&L accountability.
