George is a seasoned management consultant with a rich entrepreneurial background, having acquired his first business at 26. This experience sparked his passion for helping small business owners navigate challenges and enhance profitability.

After successfully selling his business, George transitioned into consultancy, specializing in operational efficiency and strategic pricing, particularly within the construction and warehousing sectors. His expertise led him to a Vice President of Operations role, where he achieved significant objectives before returning to consultancy to assist other struggling enterprises.

As a project director at Cogent Analytics, George excelled in overseeing diverse field projects, ultimately being promoted to manage a team of project directors. His leadership shone during the COVID-19 pandemic, as his team adapted to virtual client support and became the most productive in the company.

In January 2024, George partnered with Bill Shapcott to leverage their combined expertise in enhancing the operational and financial performance of small to medium-sized construction companies through a unique profit optimization model.
